I recently tore my adductor muscle which is located near the groin. Any thoughts on how I would go about trying to speed up healing in that muscle using tens pads & the Spooky2?

You won't find that term specifically but if you put in muscle in programs there are 568 that come up. There are many for muscle relaxers and relief but what you choose for yourself would be up to you.
