I've read that cold laser to work it needs to be 20v amplitude and -100% offset. However when I run the frequencies both the control page and generator say it's running at 10v. The laser is plugged in output 1.

1. The use of 20v amplitude is peak to peak. In other words, the generator produces +10 to -10 volts. When we apply the negative 100% offset, we are limiting the voltage to -10v so this is correct.

If we were to set the amplitude to 10v with a negative 100% offset, the generator would then only produce -5 volts.
