I have Shoulder Impingement, what would be the ideal programs?

1. Spooky2 is a self empowerment group, we can only say what we would do if had this condition. I had this condition, I would be running the most relevant frequencies from "inflammation, pain, muscle, shoulder, nerve, bone, vitamin, nutrition, mineral, amino acid, homeopathic" and also spooky2 pulse biofeedback frequencies.

Commonly rotator cuff impingement has the following symptoms:
An arc of shoulder pain approximately when your arm is at shoulder height and/or when your arm is overhead.
Shoulder pain that can extend from the top of the shoulder to the elbow.
Pain when lying on the sore shoulder.
Shoulder pain at rest as your condition deteriorates.
Muscle weakness or pain when attempting to reach or lift.
Pain when putting your hand behind your back or head.

2. All that and see a physical body therapist also - a gentle one. You could also use the PEMF attachment if you have one. PEMF is good for that sort of problem.
