This is going to depend on you then. The recommendation is to run it 120 passes, but sensitive people may have to break it up to not herx too much.
I start programs running and if I start to feel it too much, I pause it until the body settles down again - generally a day or so, but that is mostly for killing.
For general inflammation, you probably want to let it run - maybe even longer than 120 passes.
