What frequencies are best at healing and/or detoxing? How do you know how effective a frequency is if you can't test for it?

To find frequencies that are best at healing use the option Min BPM vs. Max BPM.

Since Max BPM finds frequencies that elicit a stress response, this is associated with killing frequencies. Min BPM finds frequencies that elicit a calming response, and this is associated with healing or entertainment frequencies.

For completeness, Max HRV finds frequencies that both elicited a maximum stress or calming response, as HRV is an absolute function. Therefore, this kind of scan finds both, taking the top hits that were in either direction from baseline. Finally Min HRV will find frequencies that elicit the least response and would be say useful in finding frequencies that help maintain a steady state / useful in meditation for example.
