1. This is not a function of the Spooky system... The software sends individual frequencies and waveform parameters, not audio message segments... This would require a totally different system to create the messages and deliver them.
2. I spoke about this some time ago and David Bourke said it was feasible but not on their busy agenda at the moment. He also said it was feasible to send encrypted messages that way and the transit speed would be instant. Quite a thought.
