2. I used the two bucket approach described in the Notes of the Preset.
I am sensitive enough that I feel the current through the body, but with the footbath, it was tolerable.
I ran through it a couple of times the first day, but didn't notice much benefit. I hurt enough though, that I could tell it had been enough. The second day, I ran it in the morning, then late afternoon and I could tell that I was seeing benefits. The third day, the benefit was obvious after about the first half of the program. I continued to run it twice per day for at least a week, then only once per day for about 2 weeks, then every other or third day for quite a while.
Tips for greater effectiveness - just follow the Notes. It is explained there quite well, I think.
If it hurts too much, STOP. Do more lately - whether that is the same day, or next month, learn to listen to the body.
