My Dad had arthroscopic surgery on his knee and about 80% of the meniscus was removed. He's now in dreadful, continual pain, feeling bone-on-bone. Can spooky help in a case like this?

hi, for bone on bone knee problems take vitamin b3 nicotinamide 3,000mg a day.stagger dose throughout the day as in large dose's it can get stored in the liver but not smaller dose's. I came across this 3 months ago and it's BRILLANT.DON@T take nacin, which is also b3 it must be nicotinamide. My tablets are 500mg so it's easier to take.Checck it out on youtube.Tahoma clinic,by dr William Kaufman.
