1. 10 to 12 is often quoted. Apart from short scans, I always go for 15 to 20. The bigger numbers are good for your records and to see what's shifted; and in every scan there's going to be a few bogus hits - where you moved, swallowed or had negative thought.
2. The standard general biofeedback scan keeps 20 hits...
To run these with the standard 3 minute dwell is a one hour long program.
Generally we recommend running these once or twice per day for 5-7 days when using contact.
Generally run these for 120 to 150 passes, or just until the next scan at approximately weekly intervals.
