What does it mean to fix harmful carrier frequencies?

Most Rife plasma tools work with a fixed "carrier frequency."

A carrier frequency is a high frequency that helps the working frequency enter the cells more easily or effectively.

Fixed means that it is always the same frequency.

Spooky2 can be used with a fixed carrier as well. But a constant high frequency may make cells "tired" of it or worse and actually damage cellular tissue due to overexposure.

The safer answer that has been installed into the software is the dynamic (changing) carrier that is a harmonic of the working frequency, so it performs that function as well as reinforcing the working frequency since it's a high harmonic.

When the working frequency changes ( default is every 3 minutes), the carrier changes as well.
